Tour the Culinary Institute of Charleston and learn about the history of Lowcountry cuisine. Chef Miles Huff, a culinary pro, leads the tour and the cooking demonstration. Using locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will create a culinary experience filled with seasonal flavors.
